i really really really feel like shit.
i got a flu shot yesterday
and had a few drinks last night
and am now trying to decide if i need to herf or not.
ugh. hot flashes. belly rolling nausea. a fucking blast.
I made it through work alright. though the queasy feeling was there all day.

and then i come home
and as i walk through the door
i make myself this little promise
that i won't turn this machine on
that i will lay down and rest.

but then i toss some pigeonhed on
and the computer was magically alive
and i took some anti-nausea medicine (Compazine)
and am typetypetyping away.

what an odd world to live in. text and pixel.

this is what i imagine being seasick is like
though i have never had the misfortune of being struck by this
dis ease.
