found myself asleep on the couch at 7:00 pm
woke up to chat with linda but quickly slipped back to sleep.
was up for a while at midnight long enough to check mail and read a little news
and then back to bed till 4:30.

i wonder when i would sleep if i was in a vacuum. i wonder if it matters.
