did i mention the fine fine time i had in portland? no? well i did. transpuget race got cancelled due to fog and after 2 hours of sitting in peasoup lazily circling the committee boat we tossed in the towel. anticlimatic, but fine by me. i raced my little booty down to p-town for linda's bday celebration. met some lovely friends, saw tia in drag (mmm) and stayed abed all sunday morning recovering. limped home
listening to books on tape version of the hobbit read with crappy accents. this thing had to have been made in the 80s. have i mentioned that i love cassette tapes. it is a new discovery that came along with the car. i threw away all of my cassettes in 1990 when i got my first cd player, they briefly came back into my life in 93+94 when i was cruising in the volvo, but out again when i went carless. i love them again. i love them a quarter apiece at garage sales, i love sign o the times, i love early l l cool j.

just went through books and cds. getting rid of 2 big boxes of books and a large shopping bag full of cds. anyone interested? come visit me because i am not going to list them...but believe me there are some jems.... and some crap. Garage sale this weekend perhaps. coordinating with carrieg and mr. nate.

dr. appt this afternoon. guts hating global distress. translates into fucked up sleep patterns and mal-digestion. my kingdom for powers over my intestines. not to be i am afraid.
