having trouble working. dreams cloudy. not sure who i am building for- us or them. everything is caught up in this web of hush hush. i am starting to sound like a captain's log. resolved by design.

but besides that things are dandy. heading up to mt rainer with old friends this weekend. i am missing a race out from edmonds, but thought i would take the opportunity to run away to see the fall colors. weekend of the 13th is the 2001 puget sound sailing championships. I am psyched. I get to race on Quorum with Murray + usual crew. on both sat and sun, i believe. Why I love racing... Murray, Rick, Suzanne, Doug, and Alex are great sailors. they/we talk eachother through each race. it is a competition, but you are competing with the wind.

i am excited to breathe some fresh rainer air on friday night.
