if there is one truth to being nick it is "if you are near the water you will get wet".
great weekend. friday night linda and i went sailing with gma, gpa and mom. we headed over to pt. madison where we rafted up with a bunch of boats from cyc and had a big ham and chicken dinner. then we adjourned to Indian Summer where Murray and Pierce joined us for coffee and port and talk of tall ships. We spent the night over there and had a beautiful sail home early saturday morning. What an amazing way to start the weekend. Saturday we putzed around the house till evening when we went out for dinner at Bacchus just off broadway. Also ran into Riz and made plans and then into Kristen who we went home with for a while.
Yesterday we went out to westport for surfing and boogie boarding. the waves were small but perfect. A very successful trip except for a small matter of the surf board smacking me in the nose at some point... i think it is broken... i have a big bruise across the top of it and my eyes are blackening. gots to go to the dr. the nose breaking did not hamper or put a damper on the day at all. Home to dinner at Brian's house.. oysters and fresh snapper.

I could use one more day of rest.
